How to use ClickCalorie

Log calories quickly. No search, no diary, no essays.

The basics

  1. 1 Tap a meal tile — Sip (+50), Bite (+150), Snack (+300), Meal (+500), or Feast (+900). Pick the one closest to what you ate. Don't sweat exact numbers.
  2. 2 Use Fine-tune (+10, +25, −10, −25) to nudge the total up or down when the tiles overshoot or undershoot.
  3. 3 Set your daily goal below the ring. The ring fills as you eat and turns red when you go over.
  4. 4 Reset clears today's log. Everything also resets automatically at midnight.
